By accessing and using the Northern Lights Outfitters website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined here. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the website.

Booking & Deposits

All hunts require a deposit to secure your dates. Deposit amounts, cancellation policies, and refund terms will be provided during the booking process. Hunt dates are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

Liability

Hunting and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. All clients are required to sign a liability waiver prior to the start of their hunt. Northern Lights Outfitters carries appropriate insurance but is not responsible for acts of nature, wildlife behavior, or conditions beyond our control.
